a week agoNote, the company incentivizes positive reviews with kickbacks via a contest. So take all positive reviews with a huge grain of salt. No management on site. If you have problems you will be told to open a ticket and never be able to speak to a human, even though you are paying out the nose. In n out provides constant honking noise every night of the week. I’m currently without water in my kitchen, unable to get in contact with any human, and haven’t been provided an update on not having water for going on 24hrs. The only time you will be able to speak to an actual human is when they are selling the apartment to you, and as seen below, when you write a truthful negative reviews here, after which they are suddenly oh so quick to want to reach out and talk to you. Ant infestations are a constant problem. You WILL have ants, especially come the first rain.

a month agoI recently moved into this apartment and I ran into a few things that needed to be fixed, Rigoberto was always so quick to respond and got right on top of what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to make sure things were working, he’s very nice and extremely helpful!

a month agoMaintenance got back to me quickly about my washing machine, and Jose and Rigoberto were awesome. Super friendly, really professional, and they spent hours getting it fixed. I really appreciate their hard work.

a month agoI’ve lived here for 4 years now. This is a pretty decent place to live - close to Redwood City downtown, nice communal space, reasonable rent, and the apartments themselves are quite nice. One thing I really appreciate is that the maintenance folks are incredibly on top of things - there’s a very easy-to-use app where you can put in maintenance requests and the guys respond and address the concerns in a very timely manner. Rigo and Jonathan are two of the maintenance guys and they’re just great - super nice, friendly and now how to fix basically anything. I would definitely recommend Township to a friend or relative.
