3 weeks agoI had my tires replace today. Do to my heath issues I couldn't wait. Marcus pick up my car & dropped off. I was so grateful for the kindness I experienced today. I was also very happy with the prices. Marcus checked my car for any other problems & provided good advice on my breaks. a month agoI originally had a 11 AM appointment at the West Chicago location. Upon my arrival at that location, I was told appointment times did not matter because they have plenty of walk-ins that need to be serviced. When I asked what the point of a appointment was I was told appointments don’t necessarily matter when there are walk-ins. So I decided to call the carol stream location on a whim to see if by any chance they had any time to get me in and the assistant manager with no hesitation told me to come in and he would be more than happy to get it taken care of! I appreciate all of the workers at the carol Stream location, and I will definitely recommend this location to others!

a month agoAfter buying three sets of tires from Belle Tire in Carol Stream I went back to get a nail removed from one of my tires that I had purchased there and they claimed that it had sidewear until they couldn't take the nail out tire was 4/10 still good. So my choices were by a brand new tire so I have one new tire and three old tires or buy a whole new set of tires for $1,200 when I still had 6 months to year left of driving on my tires. I ended up going to the Goodyear by my house at North Avenue and Main Street in Glendale Heights and they fixed the nail for $20
