4 months agoTerrible experience with City Terrace Towing. They stole money and when we noticed it, instead of fixing the issue, they tried to intimidate and even fight our friend. Completely unprofessional and unsafe behavior. On top of that, their service is dishonest — always double-check your fees because they will try to overcharge. I’ve also filed a formal complaint with the city. Companies like this should not be trusted with city contracts. Avoid them at all costs.
