in the last weekBeen here loyal customer for years. Today for some reason when I was on neutral the car wash was acting up. I showed the staff through the window that I am on neutral but he kept yelling at me. Minute later, the behind me had the same issues and he had to stop the car wash again. Cancelled my monthly membership, manager did not even bother to ask what happened. Funny how they all expect VIP service when they’re desperate with their health at a hospital. I wish you healthy and prosperous new year. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere where they treat you decently.

2 weeks agoPurchased $20 top tier wash. Basically got a car rinse because the staff had the speed turned way up. It was the fastest car wash of my life. My hood is still dirty, my wheels are still dirty, and my bumpers are still dirty.
