JC Radiators

JC Radiators solved what seemed to us to be an impossible problem. JC Radiators was communicative, timely, personable, and on top of that the price was better than everyone else we talked to! To be honest, it's the only experience we've had in all of our recent troubles where it really felt too good to be true. But they were true. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for what they did for us. Six of our nine radiators had broken in a renovation, and we discovered that no local outfits were able to repair or replace-in-kind. We had to cast farther afield (we're in a neighboring state). JC Radiators responded, the next day we were on a video call looking at radiators in their warehouse. They quickly understood what we were dealing with and what we were looking for, they asked all the right questions and flagged six radiators that would match each other and our home and our existing installation. Even after that call they kept looking around and informed us they found an even better match for a radiator or two. They handled rehabbing those radiators, sandblasting/powder-coating, pressure testing, hauling, installation, and system restart. They had every piece of equipment they needed, and immediately noticed the important elements of the house to work around. Soft-wood floors, stairs the way they were. They knew every solution to every problem and had the experience to do it. They just did it. All of it. And they did it right. On filling the system they also flagged parts of our boiler installation that would benefit from replacement (which we had done later by a local outfit). Our house is in better condition than ever before because we hired JC Radiators. Our house is restored, warm, and matches to how it was before the renovation mistakes in a way that we had truly come to believe was impossible. They're miracle workers. And if you hire them, buy them some Pellegrino. They love that.

Very unprofessional service

Very knowledgeable and responsive. Although due to change in the project scope I did not end up needing to purchase a radiator, they were very helpful and informative during quoting process.

These guys are great. We had a delay and needed to move the radiator re-install WAY farther back than expected, and they were super accommodating. They even recleaned the dust back off from the radiators sitting in storage so long. The instal guy was polite, friendly, and took care of everything while I was dealing with a crisis at work.

I LOVE the new look and will be having more of my radiators refurbished. Thank you JC Radiators!
