9 months agoAbsolutely awful experience at Miami Auto Spa. The moment I pulled in, I was bombarded with aggressive sales tactics—no greeting, no explanation, just someone immediately spitting out random prices at me like an auctioneer. I barely had time to process what was happening before they kept pushing for the most expensive package without even asking what I wanted. The whole vibe was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and I ended up leaving without getting my car washed. If you prefer a place that actually values customer service instead of just trying to pressure you into overpaying, go somewhere else.
