5 months agoRefuses to do cars or suvs! Just called and the receptionist is even snotty and bragging how they have 3 other biz and don’t need the biz of cars and small suv! I’m sorry but I wouldn’t take your rig there for the fact that they treat people like this!

a year agoReviews don’t match the quality of work. brought my car in for to have the all the side and rear window tinted. Went with the high end ceramic tint. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the workmanship. The tint has bubbles and lines throughout the windows. Corners are not great and differ from other corners of the window. This is my third vehicle that I’ve had the windows tinted at a different facility and I’ve been pleased with both of those. This job however, is not great. Not only the quality of work down, but they had my car all day! Pretty sure there’s a warranty on this, but to go another full day without my vehicle again and after the craftsmanship done previously, I rather just pay someone else to do it.

2 years agoI worked with Grant and he was great - friendly and informative. Very responsive over email to get a quote and they were able to get both mine and my wife's car the next day. Both times our cars went in, it took less than an hour and gave care instructions for the next couple of days afterward.

2 years agoI got my brand new car tinted at The Tint Shop and when I got home, I noticed a scratch near my passenger side window. I didn’t want to overreact or place blame without being certain that it was caused during the tinting service. I now know that it was due their carelessness of slamming my passenger door shut while the window was up at 100% (required for tinting) that caused the scratch on my car. I am extremely disappointed that I trusted this business with my car.
