Deserving of 0 stars my partner had an intoxalock device installed months ago and it was always killing her battery let alone she just got her car back two week’s ago from being wrecked but not even an hour after it was removed mind you it was taken off in less than 20 minutes but when it was installed it took hours because they get under the dash and into the computer of the vehicle into the electrical system of the vehicle, but was only taken off and less than 20 minutes in my opinion, it was very poorly removed, but anyway she crashed not even an hour later after having it removed by then we explained to the officers that helped at the crash that she had just left there and had it removed and they said yes this is a very common thing if they are not removed properly or too quickly your car is sluggish act funny, and believe it caused the crash as well because when she crashed, She was simply taking off from a traffic light, not gonna be more than 10 miles an hour when it happened it was like she lost control of the car and it had a mind of its own. She didn’t even trouble more than 5 miles away from where it was removed to make it home and only crashed two blocks away from our home. I have googled this situation and exactly how this crash happen and how the car felt is what happens when it is not properly removed. Please make sure that when they remove your device, it’s not done quickly as soon as you notice something wrong with your vehicle even if it’s five minutes after leaving you go back and make sure they take care of it because we have talked to a few lawyers we just haven’t found the right one yet to help us proceeding and going after them. She was stopped at a light when she took off not even 10 miles a hour is when a light on the dash went on that’s when she could not hit the brakes. She was hitting them. It would not break. It’s like the car had a mind of its own. Sorry if I was not exact in all my explaining here as we explained to the officer, he says they have seen this a lot due to it being removed so fast or improperly. All one has to do is do the research on the Internet and ask around and this is actually a thing it’s not my personal opinion it’s facts I read. I’m sorry that you are ignorant and you think that you are perfect as your employees as well. I don’t care if I speak up for my partner first of all, I know more about cars and she does that’s why I am speaking out for her when she explained everything that happened to me that day. I knew that it was something you guys did not do correctly. The battery cable as well had come loose so easily at the crash site, which is something you guys put back after you are done removing it. I for a fact, give good reviews where they are deserved, but not here. This moment being an individual reached out to my partner talking mad crap all pissed off very unprofessional in my opinion. And the car is of my household, so yes, it is upsetting. I am her partner and here for her.
