in the last weekMy updated review I visited Gangnam Spa on February 17, 2026, and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations, especially being Ive visited here 2 times before & each time the quality has went down. Upon arrival, the staff were not particularly welcoming, which made the overall atmosphere feel less inviting. Additionally, basic amenities such as towels were unavailable, and several areas of the facility did not appear clean or well-maintained. While the saunas themselves were acceptable, other spaces were disappointing. The foot lounge had an unpleasant odor, and the cold room appeared unclean, which made it difficult to fully relax or enjoy the experience. My sister and I shared our concerns and asked whether a credit or partial accommodation could be offered, but the response from staff felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Given the cost, I believe there are other luxury spa options that provide a higher level of cleanliness, customer service, and overall experience.

a week agoWe initially were excited about chatting this place. It originally looked very clean. Fromt.if the house was nit very nice and offered no instructions after checking us in. Even after we scrambled trying to figure out the locker room versus the little locker for the shoes, the person checking us in and manager, Heather, offered no respite. The lady hanging the women's locker, and young lady name Brianna, and another patron gave us some help. I personally would not returning but perhaps your experience will be better. Finally we ended at the foot spa and once we du k our feet in we were directly in sight of goopey gunk.

a week agoIve been to Korean Spas before and this one had fewer options for the pools but the service was top notch. I booked a body scrub, face cleaning and hair wash. I showered and enjoyed the pools while I waited for my appointment. It was busy in there but the noise level was distracting. Once it was time for my appointment, the young lady called my number and we began. The scrub was heavenly and lets just say...ummm...very thorough. Lol.. After the scrub I used the sauna for a few mins then dressed in the lounge clothes to meet my hubby in the common areas. I relaxed while he tried the cold room. I would definitely return.
