I had an amazing scalp treatment today and honestly wish I had done this sooner. Jessica was incredible. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and explained everything she was doing without overdoing it. You can tell she genuinely cares about scalp health and not just making it feel good for the moment. My scalp feels clean, calm, and balanced. Not stripped, not irritated, just refreshed and light. I even learned a few things about my scalp that no one has ever taken the time to explain before. The treatment itself was relaxing, but the results are what really impressed me! Just wow. Can't believe its taken me this long to find out about this. 10 stars! 🌟

From the very beginning, she greeted me warmly and carefully examined my skin condition, which made me feel confident and comfortable. Since it was my first time receiving this type of treatment, I had many questions, and Cristy explained everything in a very professional and easy-to-understand way. She was always kind, patient, and welcoming, which made the entire experience very relaxing. After the treatment, she also gave me detailed instructions on how to take care of my skin. After the session, I received many compliments saying my skin looked healthier and more radiant. It truly felt like my skin was glowing and well-balanced. I was extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely come back to receive treatment from Cristy again. She is truly professional and kind--I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the beginning, she greeted me kindly and thoroughly checked my skin condition, which gave me confidence. Every year, my friend and I choose a day to celebrate our birthdays with a spa day together. Since she travels from out of town, we carefully planned our day and selected Haru for our appointments, which we booked five weeks in advance along with the deposits. However, just thirty minutes before our scheduled service, I received a text informing me that one of the technicians was sick and that our appointment had to be canceled. I called to explain that my friend was already in town specifically for this occasion. The representative mentioned he was waiting for a technician to update him, but at that moment, we had not received any apology or alternative suggestions. I informed him that we would arrive at 10 AM, as we were in the vicinity, and requested a status update. Upon our arrival, the receptionist rudely informed us that she had just learned of the situation and that no one would be available to provide both services. I reiterated our circumstances, emphasizing my friend's long journey, and asked if anything could be done. She simply said no, citing their full bookings. I replied, “I understand, as I booked this appointment five weeks ago.” Still, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused nor an apology offered. Throughout our interactions up to this point, we maintained a polite tone, so it was disheartening to encounter a lack of sincerity regarding our situation. While I understand that circumstances like illness can arise, a business of this popularity, which requires deposits and advance bookings, should have contingency plans in place and adequate staff to address issues as they occur. Despite their impressive reviews and social media presence, a business’s true character is revealed in how it handles problems. Unfortunately, my experience indicated a failure to address issues in a polite and professional manner.
