in the last weekI visited Island Spa and Sauna on Monday, December 29th, and had a wonderful experience. I accidentally lost something in the laundry hamper. Shanae and Ariana went above and beyond to help me look for it, digging into the laundry hamper, and resolved the issue. A kind Korean body treatment specialist also helped me out. The ladies were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Their genuine care and dedication to customer service truly stood out. They made what could have been a stressful situation completely stress-free. Thank you, Shanae and Ariana, for your great service. I definitely recommend this place.

in the last weekIt’s a great place, but not on a busy day. We arrived and put our names on the waitlist. The manager told us the wait would be approximately 1.5 hours. We decided to wait. Thirty minutes later, we came back to check on the line, and the manager said we still had 1 hour to wait. An hour later, we called them, and they told us it would be another hour. Why give an estimated time if it keeps changing? Very frustrating. Don’t come here on a busy day.
