a month agoI don’t recommend Juvly no appreciation for loyalty costumer they don’t know resolve a problem and change me whe I was still member ,I spoke w different people 1 extended membership but still changed more money and get different treatment at the office very disappointed of them she said they can’t loose money remember costumer service first

a month agoI’ve been going to Juvly in Fort Lauderdale for about four years now for my wrinkle relaxers and filler. The virtual check in process is smooth and efficient, and the people on the other end of the line are always personable. The space is always spotless. And Luisa and Jada are both so friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful about the treatments they offer and what works best for my skin. They really take their time and help me think more holistically, but I never feel rushed or pressured to do anything I’m not comfortable with unsure about. I do wish they had more flexible weekend or evening hours for those of us who live farther away :) but that hasn’t steered me away yet. It’s absolutely worth the trip, and I don’t trust anyone else.
