    What is this nonsense? Not washing your hands isn’t groping another guy in public. This is highly inappropriate and this place is rife with endless rules. It’s impossible to relax here. And it was $70 on New Year’s Day and overly packed. Plus $9 water coconut or $9 small pancakes. Come here if you want to stress out and be ripped off.

    I love K-Spas so much. This one missed the mark on my last visit. The food is always expensive at the spas but it was way overpriced for the quality and quantity we received for the meals we had. I appreciated the clean facilities, but I was disappointed in the temperatures of the sauna in the gender separated area. I also heard that the women’s one lacks a dry sauna which is disappointing. I would not recommend this location for the price.

    The customer service here is misleading and terrible and these employees will have an attitude on you for something they can’t communicate about and will mislead you with. I came to the spa for my birthday and it was nice except when you are charged gratuity for a service, but you’re not able to adjust it when they tell you that you can adjust. Also, I had accidentally forgotten some sentimental jewelry. I live two hours away and my boyfriend had to email the business since calling won’t do anything since they don’t pick up the phone and you will be on hold. My boyfriend received a response back saying it will be on hold. They didn’t specify a time frame. I have a busy schedule so I made plans to go next month because I received a voucher for free admission. I went to the front desk to ask about my missing jewelry. No luck so I went home after the spa and wait to see if they had it. They throw out items after two weeks. Mind you they didn’t give my boyfriend a timeframe. Just told us they will hold it for us. I asked them for compensation since they didn’t give me and my boyfriend a time to pick up and lied to us they would hold it for us. They gave us attitude. This is unacceptable from a big business like this and I can’t believe someone would throw out a gold necklace and bracelet. Update: they’re trying to blame my boyfriend for not responding to the email saying he was gonna pick it up. Update again: they’re lying saying I never showed the email but I did show them the email at the front desk of king spa and I even sent a photo of the email my boyfriend sent and their still claiming that I didn’t know who sent the email. Which a matter of fact I do know who sent the email because I told my boyfriend to do it. I still have the photo of the email with what you guys responded to. The last photo is the email my boyfriend had sent yall and yall even responded with no time frame when to come pick it up but you’re still expecting us to know when we need to pick it up but not tell us we need to give you a date we will come to retrieve our items. This is so ridiculous from a big business. Stop the lying because I have proof.
