3 months agoI had my first scalp massage with Gaby she’s amazing very gentle but firm with her fingers and hands she gave me the best massage. I never felt my scalp so clean she’s amazing! The place is clean and quiet so you can relax and enjoy your treatment

5 months agoI really enjoyed my head spa here! The place is very chic, chilled and zen. They handle my hair with gentle care but the massage is firm! It’s so relaxing and comforting. My hair is silky smooth after the treatment! ☺️

8 months agoI booked this place on a whim after having lunch and I am so glad I did! My favorite part of getting my hair cut is the shampooing/conditioning so I knew I'd love this. Make sure to bring your ID, the security guard scans it at the door which made me feel extra safe :) The head spa is on the 6th floor, turn left off of the elevator and walk straight ahead through the glass door. They provide lockers that you keep the key for during the service, they were large enough to hold my huge tote from Amazon and a sweatshirt. Sakiyo took such great care of me and everyone that I interacted with was so kind. I got the essential package which was 45 minutes but felt like so much longer (in the best way possible!). I was offered a blanket and the service is provided in a cozy comfortable chair. A soft towel is placed over your eyes so you can go to your happy place. If you really want to zone out, perhaps ear plugs or AirPods would be useful, but I was able to relax (and nearly fall asleep a few times) without either of those things. I will definitely return next time I am in NYC!!
