Moksha Aesthetics

I went to Moksha specifically requesting under eye filler, which is listed as an option on their website. During my appointment, I was advised by Annie to proceed with a different injectable treatment called PDGF. I understand that PDGF is a collagen stimulating treatment, but it was not clearly communicated that it would not provide visible correction for the under eye area on its own or that it typically requires multiple treatments over time. I came in almost a year ago, allowed time for results, and never saw any improvement. When a licensed injector recommends an alternative in the treatment room, most patients rely on that professional guidance. Had it been clearly explained that PDGF would not address my primary concern or that visible results were unlikely from one treatment, I would have declined. This appointment was a gift to myself for getting through one of the hardest semesters of nursing school, which made the outcome especially disappointing. I am always happy to spend money when it is worth it. I spent over $900 on the PDGF treatment and saw no visible change. I was later advised to return for additional rounds at additional cost, despite no benefit from the initial treatment. If a patient requests filler and is not an appropriate candidate, that should be stated clearly. I would have preferred to be turned away rather than redirected into an alternative that did not meet my stated goal. Transparency around expectations and outcomes is essential, and this experience fell short.

Anne is phenomenal and does an excellent job of talking you through the process, which in my case was microneedling. She is very personable and the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I am very pleased with the experience and results I obtained from Moksha. Darlin and Hania took the time to listen to me discuss my areas of concern, and she developed a plan that perfectly addressed them. They took the time to discuss the pros and cons of certain treatments, and I greatly appreciated her communication style and extremely professional approach. I'm so happy with the natural results of their work and I'd highly recommend them to anyone considering aesthetic treatments.
