I’ve only done the treatment once but I can already see the improvement - Wow! Victor, Maria and all the staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind and checked on me throughout the process. 3 weeks agoHad to attend a wedding at the end of summer and came here at the last minute for a facial without any personal recommendations... big mistake. The "spa" is just an office space with a table like an ambulance stretcher and none of the usual amenities... robe, slippers, shower etc. I was also shocked that the "therapist" was male and didn't seem to know the difference between any of the approximately 20 different "facials" listed in their brochure. I picked something that was supposed to be "hydrating" but ended up with basically a face massage and 10 minutes of some type of an LED mask... he used no products other than a massage cream. There was a sink in the room but he brought in a bowl of water for the procedure and that was it. For $200 (plus a tip!) this was a scam. This place is listed online under at least 3 different names so not sure what their deal is... beware! Very foolish response from "NY Skin Experts"... the are not expert at anything but taking your money!

a month agoI had a Fotona Smootheye treatment at NY Skin Experts this week, something I had been wanting to try for a while after hearing rave reviews from my girlfriends. After doing some research, I decided to book my appointment there. Upon entering the office, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who introduced me to my laser technician Maria. To start, she applied a numbing cream for about 20 minutes. I have a low tolerance for pain, but this made the entire process quite comfortable. My laser tech was incredibly attentive and careful, regularly checking in with me and adjusting the settings based on my sensitivity. She also took the time to answer all my questions about the laser procedure and post-care instructions. I had anticipated some downtime, but to my surprise, I left the studio ready to shine! My skin felt a bit tight in the evening, but that was the only discomfort.
