4 months agoI was referred to the main barber with locs like myself. On both occasions I asked the main barber to cut my hair both times he sent me to the new guy. We all know how you can tell he’s the new guy. Both times the new guy cut a loc out my head. Unknowing I find out when I get home. I don’t appreciate the off putting to another barber. I asked the main barber and he acted too good to cut. I understand allowing the newb to get his reps and money but not on my head. Let him practice on children. I called left my name and number to discuss the incident. No return call. Not a problem to me but your service is bad. You have to care about the people that are coming to you with the same pride and respect for themselves that you have. Treat other how you want to be treated. You have a good thing going. Homer your clients and people that choose to patronize your business. Now 2 locs down. I can not replace these and your business doesn’t care to communicate about the matter. Best wishes to you and your success just be mindful that people come to your business for a reason. Maybe ask them if the want the new guy cutting there hair. I remained chill about it because I’m a 41 yr old man but if I knew my locs were cut I would have spoken up on it but my hair was in a style.

8 months agoI got a retwist which was advertised for $60 but when I got there for my appointment, they told me the cost for the retwist with wash was $120!?! When I mentioned that it's advertised for $60, they told me that I was getting it washed though. This made no sense. I got the work done because I needed it. The work was good. Just didn't appreciate the bait & switch. I messaged the owner to tell him about my experience and got no response. 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
