I need to warn anyone considering this place: do NOT trust them with your face. I came in for my lips, explained exactly what I wanted, showed reference photos, and still walked out with results that look nothing like what I asked for. My lips are uneven, poorly shaped, and genuinely embarrassing to look at. I paid full price and even tipped both ladies out of respect, only to end up with work that looks amateur. When I reached out to the owner to address the issue, hoping for a correction or at least a professional conversation, I was met with a rude, dismissive response. She told me she “cannot fix them” as if that’s acceptable after delivering such terrible work. This business takes your money, gives you results you did NOT ask for, and then refuses to take responsibility. There is no care, no skill, and no accountability here. For your own sake, go anywhere else. This place should not be trusted with cosmetic work — the results are awful and the owner’s attitude is even worse.

It’s not my first time getting eyebrow tattoo at Wow brow salon. Every time I get perfect eyebrow permanent makeup. Very professiona technicians and good service in general. Thank you!!! Definitely coming back
