in the last weekThis is probably the worst Marriott hotel I ever stayed. The staff are very unprofessional. At checking, they just ask for cards and hand you room keys. No mention of anything about the hotel information, not even the room number. No room service even though we left the room pretty early. Nobody picks up the phone from guest service too. There is also an unknown charge of almost $200 that no one mentioned and not on the receipt at the check out. I'm still waiting for the hotel to look into this.

a week agoAbsolutely worst hotel. It’s dirty and it’s gross! It’s not the hotel I originally booked but a day before my check in I received an email stating that I had been move from Dior Hamilton. When i sent him the disgusting photos of the hotel and the condition he didn’t respond. I have contacted corporate. She shower was broken the refrigerator was disgusting. There was no safe. Everything was wrong and not what I booked
