in the last weekI had a great meal. The Jacob's breakfast was excellent. The service was excellent as well. The prices are reasonable. Something to be aware of is that this is a small place and can get noisy. There was a large group making a lot of noise when I was there. They very inconsiderate, loud people who didn't care about anything but what they had going on. Fortunately, they left in the middle of my time there and my colleague and I were able to have a relaxed conversation without shouting. If I return to 12 Street Grill, I'd try to return during off hours, either right after breakfast or right after lunch hours, or I'd get takeout.

a week agoCame in an hour before closing so it was empty when we got there but the service was super fast, the food is delicious and affordable. Super clean place, feels new.
