There was no way to put a side of ranch on my order through DoorDash. So I called and spoke with a waitress who assured me that I would get sides of ranch with each meal I ordered (burgers and fries which all typically come with ranch) she said. Guess what I didn’t receive with my order? RANCH. Sometimes the lack of attention to detail and blatant disregard for simple customer care and service absolutely bewilders me. Boo.
