3 months agoSeveral times this year we stop by and it takes a long time before anyone comes to wait on us. Twice, no one came and we left. We appreciate the dairy free ice cream but they are always flavors with chocolate. If you don't like chocolate - you have no choice. We pretty much have given up coming to the Audubon location.

4 months agoRudest man, older, with a hat, maybe in his late 50s, at the window today 8.28.25. They ran out of bananas by 5 pm and he slammed the window closed! They have huge marketing photos of two different banana flavored ice creams and no bananas? Decided not to get any ice cream at all because of the extremely rude service!

4 months agoWas there today 10/5/25 with the family. I ordered a small regular blast with M&Ms and waited at the pick up window. When they handed it to me, the ice-cream was melted and extremely runny. I asked them to remake it, the worker poured the ice-cream into a bigger cup and than adding more ice-cream on top. The bottom half was melted and the top half had a scoop of ice cream on top. Will not be back to this place.
