in the last weekAbsolutely loved our first visit to Catrachos — happy to see it lives up to all of the 5-star reviews! Our server Ashley was a delight — she went out of her way to make sure we had an exceptional experience with our drinks, appetizers, main dish, and desserts. It was fun to explore the menu and her recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend the tortilla soup — so flavorful with homemade tortilla strips, perfectly-ripe avocados, and melt-in-your-mouth chicken. (It paired beautifully with the Italian Moscato.) You also can't go wrong with the desserts here — the caramel flan was exceptional (and I don't normally even like flan!), and the passion fruit sorbet was a perfect end to a rich meal — light, tangy, and sublime. We will definitely be back! (The only reason I'm taking off one star for atmosphere is that there was a distinct cleaning solution chemical scent that interfered with the taste of the food; since clean doesn't have a smell, I hope they'll tone it down or switch to a more natural and unscented cleaner. The food is too good to take second place to harsh products.)

a week agoDelicious first visit! The Peruvian fried rice was amazing (I tried it with shrimp - great combo, and they don't skimp on the shrimp either) and the fried sweet plantain on top was perfect! Great service as well. Will definitely go again!
