a year agoWe hired Bri to cater lunch for a business meeting and she did not disappoint! She worked with us to curate a menu to accommodate both vegan and gluten-free dietary preferences without sacrifice (Mushroom Po'Boys?! Yes, please!). Bri personally delivered and even set up the food presentation for us. It was hard to focus on the meeting once we smelled the food outside the conference room. So much flavor and soul in every single bite. I have done several of these catered office lunches and we always have leftovers. I just checked and all that’s left is a little bit of a rice – a resounding endorsement. It was a Fat Tuesday for the books!

a year agoCreole Soul catered at my workplace, and it was amazing! I tried the seafood gumbo, which was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were just right—filling enough for a hearty lunch but not so heavy that I felt sluggish for the rest of the day.

a year agoI recently ordered the gumbo for $15 at lunchtime. Before ordering, I asked how big the bowl is to get an idea of the portion size and they showed me a decent sized bowl. When they actually filled my order, however, they only filled the bowl half full. I politely asked if they can fill the bowl up to the top and they declined saying it’s “pre-portioned” and that it’s a “filling amount”. Sad to say I was hungry again 2 hours later, which shouldn’t be the case after spending $15. Despite this, the food was decently tasty and I just wish I got more.

a year ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the pleasure of working with Creole Soul Food for a special event — a reading of a new Louisiana-style musical for 160 guests. Brianne was absolutely amazing to work with, helping us coordinate an order that included both traditional and vegan varieties of gumbo. The food was a hit! Our guests absolutely loved the flavors, which added so much to the atmosphere of the evening. We couldn't have asked for a better culinary addition to our event. 2 years agoCreole Soul catered our Mardi Gras themed event of 150 people and the food was nothing short of amazing! Everyone raved about it. Even my husband, a foodie who knows New Orleans cuisine pretty well, was very impressed. Our event space coordinator also commented what a pleasure it was to have them working in her kitchen. Creole Soul was prompt, professional, efficient and so accommodating! Would hire them again in a heart beat!
