Had an amazing experience at Momoya Soho. We ordered one of their bento-style meals, and everything about it was excellent. The presentation was beautiful, with so many different components, but more importantly, every item actually tasted great. The sashimi was very fresh, the salmon bowl was flavorful and well balanced, and the fried items were crispy without feeling greasy. Even the small side dishes were thoughtfully prepared and didn’t feel like fillers. You could really tell a lot of care went into each part of the meal. The overall experience was calm and enjoyable, and the food quality completely lived up to expectations. Everything we tried was delicious, and nothing felt disappointing or average. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

When we arrived we realized we only booked the counter seats but were escorted to a table shortly after probably due to no-shows. We loved the food. We don’t mind the high prices since the quality is also very high. We are so tired of paying top dollars for little value food and Momoya Soho did not disappoint. We want to keep coming back for special occasions.

A superb Japanese restaurant in Soho. It's not cheap, but the food is excellent. Highly recommended if you're in the area and want a quiet meal in a pleasant setting, and to try some Japanese cuisine that's a little different from the usual fare.

What a great find. After walking around SOHO for too long we found ourselves very hungry and without a reservation. We were able to walk in and had a great lunch. Nick was our server and he was amazing. He had so many tips on other places to visit! We will definitely be back!
