in the last weekNo Plates was definitely the highlight of my short NYC trip. I stumbled upon this spot randomly on Google Maps and decided to give it a try. On this first visit, I got to taste four different items: the matcha tonic, banana granola cottage cheese, matcha pistachio tiramisu, and the matcha raspberry cookie. Every single one was incredibly delicious. One can really tell that each product is crafted with care. Special thanks to George, who absolutely made my day. I had such a lovely chat with him, jumping topics from matcha to jewellery :D This is exactly the kind of barista every business needs - not just skilled at making drinks, but genuinely engaging and personable. I’m really sad I didn’t get to stay in NYC a bit longer, otherwise I would’ve come back for a second (and third) visit. No Plates is now permanently bookmarked on my list, and I will 100% be back the next time I’m in NYC.
