in the last weekHad to lower the rating. It seems that this place absolutely can't cook pasta al dente. It's always overcooked and nearly mushy now. Still absurd they offer chicken with nearly every pasta dish as an add on, but refuse to put it in the pasta. Literally refuse, not forget or by accident. It's their policy to refuse this. Overcooked pasta and primadonna attitude about being authentic. Yet actual Italian restaurants in Italy will put the chicken in the pasta if you ask for it.

in the last weekVisited Pasta Sisters with fairly high expectations. We tried the pesto gnocchi and spinach & cheese ravioli. The ravioli was very fresh and soft, which was a highlight, and the complimentary bread served at the beginning was quite good as well. That said, when it came to overall flavor, the dishes were more on the okay side. Everything was well prepared, but the flavors didn’t stand out as much as I had hoped. I’ve personally had better pasta elsewhere. Overall, it’s a decent spot for fresh pasta, especially if you value texture and quality ingredients. With a bit more depth in flavors, it could easily be even better.
