2 weeks agoThere was a disagreement on a promotion and its upsetting that two months later they have not followed up as promised. BRING ANY YOGURTLAND SPOON promotion should've been really straight forward except we were told it had to be a GIANT SPOON. We had planned around this promotion to take my daughter to this particular location - the owners/operators of this franchise are very family friendly and love to give stickers to the kids; the manager and un-managed staff on the other hand are hardly helpful. I was informed that the manager over the phone didn't allow the discount for bringing our own spoons because they weren't the giant ones. I asked him/her to follow up with me with my information and no follow up was given. STOP WITH THE PROMOTIONS if you can't figure it out there and then with proof from what's being posted on Yogurtland's official social media posts. The principal of this is upsetting and will boycott this location and let others know not to visit this location until management shows some customer care, especially around the holidays.
