I lived in a small town of 1200 people before moving to Verona 5 years ago. I have a 2020 mercury 250 pro xs outboard that I do all the routine maintenance by myself. Changing the upper and lower oil, spark plugs, fuel filter etc. my motor was missing so I put new plugs in and new fuel filter in. Didn’t solve my problem. I went on line and found Ferryland marine. I had a small mom and pop grocery store before moving to Verona and wanted to keep my business with a small family run business. I called on a Friday and Ashley said to bring in on Saturday. I knew they were busy with winterizing and they said they would get me in as soon as possible. I got a call from Andrew on Tuesday afternoon and we discussed what maintenance I had done prior to bringing it in. I thought it was either a coil, injector, or spark plug wires. It was bad spark plug wires. I got my boat back the next Tuesday. If you want a top notch, dependable and knowledgeable shop, look no further. Andrew was very helpful, knowledgeable and really friendly. We discussed what he did in terms of fixing my motor and what to do in the future.
