a month agoCVS is has the worst customer service. I wish I could give zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first interaction that hasn’t filled my needs after they had been previously mobile ordered. I’ve been calling for about 3 days. I received an email stating they were ready for pick up. I arrive and nothing was available, after I spoke to someone the night prior reassuring me they would be ready. This store is lazy and unprofessional, and as someone who works in customer service ; the least you can do is notify the customer and state they aren’t ready for pick up. extremely disappointed.

2 months agoOn 11/19/95 I went to pick up a prescription and was told the pharmacy couldn’t fill them because its machines were down. They couldn’t tell me when they’d be up so I left. I tried calling about an hour later and could not speak to a live person to ask if things had been fixed. I could only listen to the recorded info that’s always on. This is ridiculous. I needed those med SC today!! 🤨🤨🤨

2 months agoJennifer the courtesy clerk was so helpful to my son and I tonight. She checked our items for the best price, offered us a better deal on a different product, made my son feel “the best I ever felt today” with her warm caring attitude. She was so helpful, warm and caring. We both left the store feeling like someone cared about us tonight. She is a great asset to your store.
