Slow service. Took my niece to get a physical. And it took two hours to get seen by the provider

Loved the provider I was assigned. Very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Unfortunately I was charged a copay when I know all my deductibles have been met. My husband was there the previous day and did not have a charge. May be my insurance company's fault....but I'm still annoyed at having to pay. Customer service was excellent though.

Friendly staff the receptionist was so friendly since I walked in she told me the wait time and send me all the info to sign in and if I had a question she was very nice . The doctor was really attentive and actually listened to my concerns.
