in the last weekI appreciate how quick it was to be seen. And appreciate the Rx that was written what I didn’t like as soon as I checked in they asked what pharmacy I like to use & specifically said Frys on Willow Creek RD in Prescott and what did they do they sent the Rx to CVS Caremark on Indian School in Scottsdale. And so when I left the Urgent Care. And headed to Frys I was told that my insurance wouldn’t cover it cause CVS already filled it. Which I didn’t know until I got to Frys. So I had to call CVS in Scottsdale to have them cancel the Rx so that Frys in Prescott could fill it.

in the last weekThe wait was a little long due to COVID. However once in they were on point with my care. I was also tested due to some of my symptoms for COVID. The nurses were kind and took good care of me. I did test negative and that was a great relief. Thank you all for your service.
