a month agothis is my favorite urgent care. they are super kind and treat me well. I’ve never waited in the lobby more than 15 minutes, super quick! every nurse, receptionist, and doctor is so nice and helpful and actually seem to care vs writing you off. they will listen and come up with treatment plans and I appreciate them taking me seriously. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here because I receive the best treatment from this urgent care and I appreciate you all so much.

a month ago**Edit #2** - Finally got my overpayment refund almost a year later. ***Edit*** Still no reimbursement on the over payment and billing is very difficult to get a hold of. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I want to start by saying the doctor and nurse that saw us were very helpful and kind! The girl at the front desk was not. My copay is $30 (it says it right on my card) and she charged us $75. I KNOW what my copay is because I went to Access a week ago and paid $30 then. (I also called my insurance company after the visit and they verified.) I asked if she was sure and explained why I asked and she had attitude and said she ran it and that's my cost. If there is a mistake billing will catch it and refund it. Here is the point...I had the money to cover it whereas others may not. Also now I have to wait to receive my explanation of benefits in the mail and call and ask for a refund if billing doesn't catch it. Everybody makes mistakes but the customer service is lacking. If I were in her position I definitely would have been more polite and helpful.
