Worst customer service they delayed My pick up order by one day until I called and asked why is there a delay and she surely fulfilled the order. When I got there the shelves were stocked with it and when I came home they gave me the used and opened one. Also when I got their it was pretty late since I work at night and also the graveyard a Filipino girl followed me in and she was staring at my car and then another Filipino patsy was at the photos. I asked if anyone worked here and she said they’re coming??? When the third Filipino girl came to the counter she helped the white guy first even though I was waiting and then she said I was the wrong register! Super rude unaccomodating and like they want to call the police on you???? I wish this was not the closet one!!!

Customer service representatives are friendly and helpful

Called and asked if they had medicine for my prescription. They said they did. After transferring my prescription from Safeway which took three times calling Safeway and twice calling Walgreens, they said to go there to pickup my prescription. After standing in line for over 40min and asking Safeway to fax the prescription again, they took another 30 min to call me up to tell me they do not have the medicine for my prescription. Then told me to go to San Carlos to pickup up from there. They even told me my prescription is in the system and it would be a quick pickup from there. Called San Carlos and they could not find any prescription under my name. When called back to Menlo Park Walgreens they kept me on hold for over 40 min until they closed for the day. Overall, they wasted three hours of my time, did not get me my prescription and caused too much hassle along the way. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Will never fill a prescription here.

THE WORST PHARMACY STAFF!!! They have an attitude, and they don't care about the patient. Just filling the hours. The pharmacy is super understaffed too.
