Excellent hiking spot, and not locked up on holidays like Palmer Park.
Absolutely love!
This is a great hike, though unless we are missing something, the “overlook” overlooks a neighborhood which in March wasn’t much to look at. If you’re going to do the whole loop, take water.
Beautiful views in early spring… moderate intensity for the area with some large stones in the path and inclines that makes hiking a little more tricky. Sometimes the trail is hard to keep with the ground debris. AllTrails app helped me. If you can manage that, it is definitely worth your time.
