5 years agoi have seen deer every time I've visited this trail. today I saw one run down the mountain, jump over the floating limestone rocks, and then I saw another behind it! it was like seeing live national geographic footage. this place is beautiful. if you're like me and you have a barking dog, try your best to keep them quiet and the deer will walk around and roam about right next to you. too cool. awesome experience

4 years ago22nov2021 MON ~10:30 - 11:30, ~40s_F, Abby, Swee and ii had a very enjoyable leisure 1 mile walk of the Rock Bluff Loop. It was amazing to learn that we were standing on what was once a Sea Floor :) The Trail was reasonably well-maintained, and signed. And it was generally wet (probably, cos of the rain from yesterday?) though not muddy, and its easily passable. At the Trailhead, when we were heading out on the Trail, we encountered woman and her 3 children as they were leaving; they were friendly and courteous. And after which, we didn't see anyone else. Thank you to whoever is/are taking good care of these (Burritt on the Mountain) Trails.
