3 months agoI've been hiking these trails for months now. When the popular trails are closed due to the Extreme Heat warnings given by the NWS, this trail is usually open. There are many trails that criss-cross but its well the time and effort if one is willing to explore. It's difficult to get lost here. However, one still needs to be properly equipped and hydrated.

1 year agoSuch a beautiful area!🤑😍🙌 Perfect weather for a lil Christmas hiking😎🌞 Plus, the crowds at this location were pretty slim, so plenty of parking too AND space on the trails. Other trails around the Valley are far busier on this holiday🎄🎁

3 years agoThis area is great for hikes, bikes and horses. They have trails for all levels of hikers. I highly recommend making the hike to view the morning sunrise from the top of Two Bit/Dixie Peak. Parking is a decent size, but can fill up. Overflow cars park on the side of the road.
