6 months agoAlex came to my house on a Saturday morning to unplug a kitchen drain. He was polite and professional and listened to my description of the problem and was able to fix it in a short time. What I especially appreciated was that in addition to clearing the drain, he wanted to troubleshoot to figure out why the clogging occurred three times over several years. Troubleshooting involved going into the crawl space, inspecting the plumbing, and making suggestions. I was especially impressed because he is very tall and head room in the crawl space is only about 3 to 4 feet but he "walked" around on his hands and knees. I especially appreciate when someone goes above and beyond! Thank you Alex!

10 months agoI am wondering if the positive reviews are for emergency services. I had made an appointment with Ace to have my kitchen sink unclogged. I waited 3 days until my appointment. I waiting until 3pm the day of my appointment. That is an entire day lost. The technician was surly and rude. He didn't tell me anything until I asked questions. How about what caused the clog? This was all in all an awful experience.
