Derek was extremely flexible when I had to reschedule last minute and inside his 48-hr policy. Though the system had an automated AI bot responding, he followed up via text and was able to get on a call to discuss my sudden need to reschedule. He was professional and worked with me to push back our appointment a bit. My wife said he was extremely patient and answered all her questions when he arrived and repaired our manifold. We will definitely reach out to Derek again for any further needs and only wish we had called sooner this summer.

On time, great communication, and did great work. Completely replaced all 4 valves, the valve box, and installed a new backflow and piping. The guys were very polite and left the work area in great shape.

The crew (Jonathan and Liam) showed up 15 minutes late but called ahead to let us know. They checked the system, moved and replaced a sprinkler head and advised us on adjusting our sprinkler times. Polite, friendly, competent and great service. Thanks!
