3 months agoThe last time a technician was at pur house to "fix" a leak they left this glaring hole and I am thankful I inspected it before I hooked up my new sink, otherwise the sewage line from my sink would be leaking straight into the crawlspace. This company also said they would reach out about the warranty we have and the complaints we have had with their service. They failed to do that as well.

6 months agoThis company got me in same day after another company canceled on me morning of, I hadn’t had a/c in 3 days… I had called 2-3 other places that popped up on google and they couldn’t help, finally I called One Source, Hannah on the phone was so bubbly, even at 8am talking to a very stressed and hopeful potential customer. She set me up and briefed me on their packages (which associating discount came in handy with the new system!) They called 30 mins prior to appointment as promised, Cole was so sweet and knowledgeable, when we had mentioned a new unit vs repairs, we got to talk with Jonathan who briefed us on all of our options while Cole completed a temporary fix to keep us comfortable in the interim. They were in direct communication with the owner who worked with us the whole time. The prices were fair, especially for the excellent service we got. They were here bright and early two days later and got started IMMEDIATELY. Coles fix kept us cool for the two days leading up to install. Cole and Emilio got the job done efficiently, cleaned up EVERYTHING and we even got a follow up text hours later to ensure it was running properly. We now have them as our go to a/c company as loyalty members and hope to continue being this pleased with their services!

6 months agoOver priced, non-responsive, failed all 3 permit inspections. We call and the person who answers is nice but unhelpful - they always say they will give someone a message and they will call back. We got a wonderful sales pitch and expected to get taken care of, which is why we were willing to pay a little more...now I consider it to be more of a scam than anything.

6 months agoI have had a horrible experience with one source. We had a sink issue, they came and we got a membership. When the same issue came back a week later, they said they couldn’t come for two weeks, so we used another company and paid for that out of pocket. Now, the same issue is back again, and I have been calling since Wednesday and cannot get any information on if anyone can come, when that would be, etc. We haven’t been able to use our kitchen in days and no one will call me back or schedule. Please, use ANYONE else.

6 months agoSTAY AWAY!! The lack of communication is laughable at this point. I've had One Source Home Service install an A/C and water heater and they are 0/3 on passing city inspections the first time around. It's now been 10 business days and I haven't heard back about my failed water heater inspection even though I called about it 5 days ago. It took about 6 calls to even get them to schedule it because the tech said I had to wait. The Master Technician or whatever they called it added a unapproved material to the water heater. Same guy said the breaker was fine for the A/C, city said it was wrong even though I specifically asked the tech about. What "Master" does that. Even though we have a 2 year inspection and checkup with the A/C, I won't be calling them for any additional projects. They are quick to throw loan options in your face for their overpriced equipment and slow to fix something they did wrong.
