4 months agoThis company is awful. I had two other companies lined up to provide a service and cancelled them because this company assured me they would arrive for the job. They gave me an appointment window and never showed up. They aren’t answering any calls or texts either. Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional.

a year agoSadly, this company's sewer repair resulted in damage to my clients sprinkler line. They will not accept fault of any kind. So just be careful when you hire them and be extra diligent. Sadly this repair was done in early spring so the sprinklers were not active yet.

3 years agoThey missed two appointment windows. The original window was 12-2 and they never showed up or reached out me. The tech finally showed up at 5pm costing a me half a days work. I should mention this was after serval phone calls to rude associates. The tech then spent about 10 minutes looking for an outside main line access which I told him multiple times my house does not have (built in '65). Finally he went to auger out my main line at the access point I showed him before giving me a quote. I stopped him to ask him what this would cost me and the price was double that of the competitors. Wasted a whole day and caused my wife and I to wait another day without being able to use water in our house.
