a month agoUPDATE: Can NOT recommend. After a week, our sprinklers were not working again. They had swapped out perfectly good sprinklers just to make a buck selling us new ones. Our sprinkler guy was on time, polite and got the job done.

3 months agoThis company allows it's workers to take take home MULTIPLE work trucks. Many of which are in poor condition and park them long-term in residential areas not moving for weeks on end. It's frustrating for neighbors who have to deal with the visual clutter and reduced parking availability as if this is their personal storage site for the company. People in the community are growing incedingly frustrated, and it would be appreciated if the business took steps to be more considerate and found a more appropriate solution for storing their vehicles. It is not okay to use residential parking for long term storage of your companies work trucks.

3 months agoYou can't get anyone on the phone. They were supposed to winterize my system, but the tech couldn't do it for some reason (and he couldn't explain why very well.) He said they would call back the next day to reschedule with a senior tech. No call. I called them and had to leave a message with someone in the landscaping department, because he was the only one who answered the phone. Still no call the next day, and I called multiple times, and no one answered.
