in the last weekThe room was nice and clean. Customer service was awesome. There was food inside and outside the hotel. A grocery store down the street.

in the last weekRoom was stuffy and the bathroom sink hardware was broken. Staff offered to move us to a pet friendly floor which we specifically wanted to avoid. Front desk and hotel staff were friendly. Location is a bummer by the 405 freeway. The Northrop Grumman factory is across the street so there was a horrible low pitched rumble at night. It's not convenient to the beach or Redondo Pier and actually borders Lawndale. We left early and were not charged for the second night.

in the last weekI prepaid a three-night stay through Booking.com for the dates 12/19–12/22. Today, I discovered that the hotel double-charged me. After calling the hotel, I was shocked to learn that they used my credit card to create a second reservation without my authorization, for 12/19–12/21, under a different, fabricated name. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to understand what was going on. If I had not checked my credit card statement carefully, I would have been overcharged by nearly $400. This raises serious concerns about credit card security and extremely unprofessional handling of customer payment information. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I repeatedly asked whether the charge was only a deposit, and I was still charged anyway. Throughout the entire phone conversation, no apology was offered, and the staff showed no sense of responsibility for this mistake. This experience left me feeling angry and unsafe. I do not trust this hotel with payment information and would strongly caution others to monitor their charges very carefully.

a week agoWas in town visiting for a Rams vs Lions Game at SoFi Stadium. The room was nice, queen beds, microwave, iron/ironing board, and a relatively spacious room in of itself. My ONLY complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, which made showering not really enjoyable...but, other than that...a great stay, nice, friendly staff with great customer service. So, overall, I would say 4.5 out of 5 stars! I would recommend this hotel to travelers that desire to be relatively close to either LAX or SoFi Stadium!
