a month agoWe had a wonderful experience at the Homewood Suites in Belmont thanks to Lina at the front desk. We were not hotel patrons and were simply using the car charging facility, yet Lina was incredibly hospitable and generous, checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. What really stood out was that she treated every guest with the same warmth and a genuine smile. When you are tired and struggling, that kind of kindness makes such a difference. It was truly heartening to see such good people. Thank you, Lina, for going above and beyond.

a month agoNice room and well-equipped kitchen, but the customer service was rude. When I asked for extra pillows, the front desk staff replied dismissively and said it was ‘too much”. I was surprised beacuse I never heard a response lime this before when I booked to other hotels and requested extra pillows that I neede because of my medical situation . That guy from front desk’s response was rude and unprofessional.”

a month agoFriendly staff, big rooms, breakfast could be better, but okay so far. This one is only for staying, the surroundings are not beautiful and no restaurants nearby.

a month agoI called them saying about my hour flight changing and I would arrive later than expected, on the phone the attendant said it was ok but when I got in the hotel they said my reservation was cancelled and I had to find another place to stay.
