3 weeks agoA few days ago we came crashing in for an impromptu stay and, BOY did Sandy take excellent care of us. It didn't feel like going to a hotel - felt like we went to someone's home and she graciously took care of us. Even came by the next morning at breakfast to say hello. No doubt we were in excellent hands during this short stay. I wish all hotel concierge staffers worldwide followed her lead. Mr. Nassetta, if you're reading this - promote her immediately.
