in the last weekSuch a bad experience they give us the wrong room number. The heater wasn't working. It smell like burnt when we turn it on and the fridge was in bad conditions.

a week agoRoom did not feel clean at all. Very outdated. There was only one towel that was old and barely white. They charge for parking at a place that is essentially a motel where you drive up to your room. Ther bed spread that feels pretty synthetic but you can remove it as it’s all connected so you’d be freezing. if you took it off the bed. It was not expensive but i left feeling like i needed a shower. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. IT’S A MOTEL.

2 weeks agoGood hotel to do the cruise park and stay.They have a shuttle to the cruise port as well. Walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors talk all night but other than that it's a nice hotel.
