in the last weekI have stayed at this location in the Past. Nothing spectacular, Great Location to 6 Flags and Globe Life Stadium. It was a Bare Bones Hotel. Nothing Special last Year. This is my Last Stay at This Location. The Quality of this Sleep Inn has deteriorated since last year. We arrived at 3 pm for Friday Feb 13th Check In. There was a sign at the front desk that said will be back in 10 mins. There was no Start Time or a Return Time. After 15 minutes and 3 Guests Waiting in the Lobby to Check In, Someone at Front Desk Arrived. Both Room were out of Towels. We did not found out later after 11 pm. Went Downstairs to Front Desk Room 214 did not receive towels till after Midnight. The Front Desk Staffed were not Trained. When you asked a Question, the Answer Was I don't know. Period. Not that I will find out what the Answer is for you. Black Bug was noticed on the Bed in Room 214. Room 212 had a Microwave, but the knob was missing and so you could not use the Microwave. When I reported these things, nothing was written down, but we will get to it. Both Rooms the Showers leaked all over the Bathroom Floors. Hope Choice Hotels does an Onsite Inspection Soon.
