3 weeks agoMy mom and I overall had a great stay, the staff were all great and accomodating and the breakfast were fantastic each morning. My only complaint is that the window screen rattled in the northern winter wind and kept me up most of the night (I had ear plugs, a hand band over my ears, a fan and white noise) and I could still hear the screen rattle with each wind gust. I put in a request for them to please try and secure the lose screen so it didn't rattle and I was told they couldn't remove the screen. I never requested the removal of the screen, I was only asking them to secure the lose screen so it didn't rattle with each wind gust, even just a piece of duct tape in one lose corner, would have been a nice temporary fix. Thankfully the 2nd night the wind died down and I was able to sleep. Rattling screen aside, the staff were all great and would highly recommend the hotel to any travelers.
