a month agoThis is probably the first time I’ve voluntarily written a review. My piercing cap fell out late at night and I asked Vincent for an alcohol wipe. After I explained the situation, he went above and beyond to help me. he even found a sewing kit, and the needle helped me put it back in after an hour of struggling. He genuinely saved my day and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks Vincent for making the stay so much happier!

a month agoWe were in a jam and needed a place to stay after being completely locked out of our apartment in the middle of the night. I called the hotel and Vincent answered, was super kind and shared that they had a few rooms, shared the rate & told us to come over and he’d take care of us. When we arrived, Vincent greeted us promptly and with such a welcoming spirit, it was such a relief to deal with someone so kind, competent & caring after the ordeal we had been through with not being able to access our home. He quickly processed our bookings, asked if we needed any extra blankets or towels, helped us with parking, late checkout and even set us up with all the amenities we needed as we had literally nothing with us. So nice to have a toothbrush, makeup wipes, some lotion and many other extras he tucked into a bag for us as he gave us our room keys. What an amazing human! Thank you Vincent. Upon checking into the rooms, we were very impressed - seems super new, modern, extremely spacious and also still feels cozy. Beds were comfy, and it was nice and quiet so we could finally get sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully everyone gets to meet Vincent and experience the 5 star service we were so grateful to receive from him.

a month agoHappy New year! Vincent went above and beyond when we needed a room at 3 am on New Year’s Day when we were locked out of our condo unit. Thanks for taking care of us. Rooms were clean, spacious and he provided us with all the amenities when we showed up with nothing. Thanks Vincent for making the start of 2026 better!

a month agoDecent hotel but breakfast sucks - they just stopped serving breakfast abruptly in the morning before 9am.
