2 months agoThe customer service from the 2 women there when I visited was amazing! I wanted to make my own birthday cake and I'm not a baker at all. They walked me through all the behind the scenes processes and gave super helpful advice. It turned out great thanks to them! They have a great selection of supplies at reasonable prices.

4 months agoHello, first off, they did a great job printing on wafer paper for me! But I am HUGE on customer service! I read a review about not having public restrooms and saw that the store replied saying we can ask to use theirs (especially with small children). We live 50 minutes away and drove all the way for the print, 15 minutes away my toddler had to use theirs restroom. My husband said he asked and they said no. We had to go yo the appliance store next door! So shout out to “Big Saving Appliance for letting my baby use the restroom! AND they gave her a sucker!
